About Training & Placement

The Central Placement Cell of Adsul’s Technical Campus was established in 2011. Since its inception, the cell has grown steadily and has been successful in inviting leading corporate houses and multinational companies to recruit graduating students from Engineering and MBA programmes.

The Institute conducts rigorous pre-placement training programmes throughout the academic year to prepare students for industry requirements. The Institute has partnered with firms to provide students with opportunities and platforms to develop their professional skills.

The Institute also works with learning centres and training bodies to improve students’ communication and soft skills. In-house training covers aptitude, critical reasoning, spoken English, group discussions, technical interviews and HR interview skills.

Our Objective

The main objective of Adsul’s Technical Campus is to provide career guidance to students through a well-established and dedicated Training & Placement Cell, ensuring that students are properly trained and guided to become competent in the globalised professional environment.

Objectives

To disseminate knowledge and insights in entrepreneurial theory and practice through lectures, activities and workshops.
To collaborate with similar bodies in other business schools and technology institutes.
To establish partnerships with non-profit entrepreneurial organisations and connect the entrepreneurship cell to a global network.
To create a strong network of successful entrepreneurs who can guide aspiring entrepreneurs.
To establish an innovation and incubation centre.
To encourage the development of campus companies.
To develop an ecosystem for early-stage entrepreneurs and startups.
