The major milestones in the development of the Institute include ISO 9001:2015 certification and NAAC accreditation with a B++ grade in its first cycle. The majority of the programs are undergoing the NBA accreditation process. The objective of the Institute is to produce successful entrepreneurs and quality engineers with competence and character, preparing them to excel in the present technological scenario of globalization and contribute to the technological and socioeconomic development of the country.

To achieve this objective, the Institute has introduced various value-added training programs conducted by industry experts. Active Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) have been signed to provide internship opportunities in industries. The Institute also focuses on the multidimensional development of students by encouraging participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities at local and global levels.

The Institute continuously works towards bringing various multinational companies (MNCs) to campus for placements with better salary packages. It provides an excellent academic environment and hands-on training programs to nurture quality technical education among budding engineers. These initiatives have contributed to improved placement opportunities, and the Institute remains committed to enhancing them further.

The Institute is confident in nurturing students as young, bright, dynamic, talented, and professional technocrats who will also become responsible citizens. For the growth of all stakeholders, I am personally working with qualified and dedicated faculty members towards a plan that aims for 80% placements, 15% of students pursuing higher education and preparing for competitive and civil service examinations, and the remaining 5% becoming entrepreneurs.

The mission of the Institute is: “To be the most preferred Rural Technical Campus in the region by creating competent multifaceted Engineers and Professionals ready to serve the Industry and Society at large.”
