Training & Placement Policy

The Training and Placement Cell acts as a facilitator and counselor for placement-related activities. It provides placement assistance to registered students according to the institute's placement policy and eligibility criteria.

Company Selection Criteria

Companies are invited and scheduled by the Training and Placement Cell on the basis of the following parameters:

Job profile and growth prospects offered by the company.
Salary package offered by the company.
Past recruitment record of the company at Adsul's Technical Campus (ATC).
Feedback received from alumni regarding the company.

Student Eligibility Criteria

Students are expected to satisfy the following eligibility requirements for placement opportunities:

Students should have an aggregate of 60% or above throughout their academic career, starting from SSC onwards.
Students should not have any backlog subjects in Engineering or MBA.
Students should secure a minimum of 60% in internal marks and in the soft skills training and mentoring conducted by the institute.

Students must also satisfy the specific eligibility requirements announced by the recruiting company for each placement drive.

Candidate Zones

A. Green Zone Candidates

Candidates who fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria are classified under the Green Zone. The institute makes every effort to place all students who qualify for this category.

B. Yellow Zone Candidates

MBA students securing second class or 50% marks and having no backlogs may be considered under the Yellow Zone.

Such students should have attended at least two certification programmes conducted by the college and satisfactorily completed all training programmes before the commencement of a placement drive.

For these candidates, the institute provides placement assistance.

C. Red Zone Candidates

Students having backlog subjects are classified under the Red Zone. However, if a particular recruiting company permits students with one or two backlogs, they may be allowed to attend the interview as a special case.

Necessary placement assistance will be provided in accordance with the company's eligibility requirements.
